Job description

Junior Level Financial Systems Analyst TS/SCI with Poly REQUIRED

Join to apply for the Junior Level Financial Systems Analyst TS/SCI with Poly REQUIRED role at CGI.

CGI Federal is seeking a Jr. Level Financial Management Business Office candidate for a government agency. The successful candidate will create, plan, and implement solutions to improve the processing, analysis, collection, organization, storage, management, retrieval, and use of financial data across the enterprise.

This position is located in Springfield, VA.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Supporting program schedule development.
  2. Supporting the development of business cases and system enhancements.
  3. Developing and maintaining system documentation and training materials.
  4. Developing data migration methodologies and validating migrated information.
  5. Participating in meetings related to NGA’s Core Financial Systems operations and maintenance.
  6. Supporting IV&V testing processes to validate financial results before system enhancements.
  7. Coordinating system engineering and technical exchange meetings to resolve architectural, design, and interoperability issues.
  8. Participating in milestone events such as requirement reviews, design reviews, and program management reviews.
  9. Facilitating security certification and accreditation activities, including documentation and reviews.
Required Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
  • At least four (4) years of experience, including two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience assessing federal financial processes, developing Momentum system options, and implementing related programming, planning, budgeting, and accounting tasks.
  • Experience conducting analyses in Momentum Financials involving technical parameters, procurement, and business principles.
  • Experience with Momentum software lifecycle management, including requirements, configuration, testing, and reporting tools like COGNOS.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with current system and data architecture, data engineering.
  • Experience implementing Momentum financial systems in federal environments.
  • Adaptability to changing requirements and management directives.
  • Experience in business case development, schedule, cost, risk, and benefits analysis.
  • Experience resolving FISCAM audit findings and performing SAR reviews for SSAE 18 issues.

The estimated salary range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400 - $169,700, depending on various factors including experience and qualifications.
