Placements24 is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join a remote-first legal team. You will assist senior counsel with commercial transactions, draft and review agreements, and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) and admission as an Attorney.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in commercial or corporate law.
• Strong understanding of contract law and general commercial principles.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
