Job summary

HAQQ Inc. invites a lawyer to support corporate, commercial and IP matters across Delaware, Cyprus and MENA, shaping the legal backbone of a fast‑growing startup, with a unique opportunity to practice the future of law without timesheets and with meaningful responsibility.

You will draft and review contracts and policies, maintain corporate records across entities, assist on diligence and compliance, and help scale governance as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Law degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in law (firm or in‑house).
• Strong drafting in English; Arabic drafting is a plus.
• Knowledge of corporate/commercial fundamentals.
