Job summary

GEN PLUS Group is seeking a Junior Lawyer to support the legal requirements of an international group, with exposure to commercial contracts, media and production matters, and cross-border work.

You will draft first drafts from templates, review contracts, maintain the contract register, and coordinate signatures across our international entities, while assisting with production clearance and related legal administration.

Qualifications

• LLB from a UK law school or an LLB from a Greek law school with an LLM taught in English.
• Fluent in Greek and English, with the ability to draft professionally in both languages.
• Experience with contract drafting through traineeship, internship or paralegal position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft first drafts of agreements from established templates and review contracts.
• Maintain the contract register and track agreements through to execution.
• Coordinate signatures across international entities and assemble production clearance and release packs.
• Support production-related documentation including crew deal memos, location agreements, appearance releases and NDAs.
