Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Georgia is seeking a Landscaper I to support landscape maintenance across commercial properties. You will perform basic tasks under supervision, operate standard landscape equipment safely, and assist with plant material care and features.

Responsibilities include cutting turf with gas mowers, pruning shrubs, planting beds, and performing routine equipment maintenance. A reliable, physically capable team player is essential for this outdoor role and to serve clients

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and dependable.
• Able to safely operate landscaping equipment including mowers, edgers, and blowers.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Certified on level 1 equipment (backpack blower, edger, trimmer, walk-behind mower).
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf using power mowers, trim with edger/trimmer, and operate gas-powered blower.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to maintain shape and vitality.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Operate equipment along sidewalks, beds, trees, and buildings.
• Report unsafe conditions to Crew Leader and maintain a professional demeanor.
