RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture is seeking a Landscape Designer for our Denver office. This early-career role suits someone with about 1–3 years of professional experience.

You will support project design, development, and documentation under project leadership, and help prepare and coordinate documents for projects across landscape architecture and planning. You will gain exposure to planning projects and collaborate across teams, with opportunities to participate in various project

Formación

• Approximately 1–3 years of professional landscape architecture, design, or related experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture preferred; related degrees may be considered with advanced credentialing.
• Ability to apply fundamental design concepts to practical situations from education/experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with Project Managers and team.
• Interest in supporting both landscape architecture and planning-related projects.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Use AutoCAD and related software to complete assignments on time and in line with QA/QC standards.
• Support the RVi standard design process.
• Assist with drafting documents and computations, including opinions of probable cost.
• May assist with landscape architecture and planning-related project assignments based on experience and project needs.
• May assist with coordination of project subconsultants and clients.
• Assist with the preparation of construction-related services.
• Assist with agreement preparation.
• May assist with completing site visits as required.
• May participate in site walks, including project closeouts and related procedures.
• Communicate with the Project Manager about workload, schedules, and tasks to help meet designated chargeability goals.
• Follow QA/QC protocols and established standards.
• Support project compliance with applicable national, state, and local standards and requirements.
