Job summary

RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture in Denver is seeking an early-career Landscape Designer. The role focuses on supporting project design, development, and documentation across phases, with opportunities to gain exposure to planning projects.

The position emphasizes independent work while collaborating with Project Managers, and requires a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture or equivalent experience with a licensed path. Competitive compensation and benefits follow.

Qualifications

Approximately 1–3 years of professional landscape architecture, design, or related experience preferred.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with Project Managers and other members of the project team.
Interest in supporting both landscape architecture and planning-related projects.
Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Use AutoCAD and related software to complete assignments on time and in line with standards outlined in the RVi QA/QC Manual.
Support the RVi standard design process.
Assist with drafting documents and computations, including opinions of probable cost.
May assist with landscape architecture and planning-related project assignments based on experience and project needs.
May assist with the coordination of project subconsultants and clients.
Assist with the preparation of construction-related services.
Assist with agreement preparation.
May assist with completing site visits as required.
May participate in site walks, including project closeouts and related procedures.
Communicate with the Project Manager about workload, schedules, and tasks to help meet designated chargeability goals.
Follow RVi QA/QC protocols and established standards.
Support project compliance with applicable national, state, and local standards and requirements.
