You will work under a Senior Landscape Architect, contribute to planting plans, construction documents, material selections, and client presentations in a luxury residential setting.

This full-time, in-office role emphasizes design thinking, professional growth, and collaboration. Hybrid work may be available after onboarding.

The Opportunity

M Hudson Design, Inc. is seeking a talented, responsible, and design-focused Junior Landscape Architect / Designer to join our West Palm Beach studio.

This is a full-time opportunity for a recent landscape architecture graduate or early-career designer who wants meaningful professional experience, direct mentorship, and the chance to contribute to exceptional luxury residential environments. You will work directly under a Senior Landscape Architect, participate in the design process, and build a strong foundation for long-term professional growth.

You will have exposure to our Immersive Design Process and our experiential design presentation studio—an environment created to help clients understand and connect with the places we design.

This Is a Design-First Role

This is not a drafting position.

Our drafting team supports the production process, allowing the Junior Landscape Architect / Designer to focus on design thinking, creative development, client-facing work, and professional growth. We are looking for someone who wants to participate in the full design process—not simply produce drawings.

Mentorship and Professional Development

The successful candidate will work directly under a Senior Landscape Architect and receive mentorship focused on design growth. M Hudson Design also provides training support toward the path to professional licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

• 70,000–80,000 annually

Location and Work Arrangement

This is a local, full-time, in-office position based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Hybrid-work approval may be earned after successful onboarding.
