This full-time, in-office role offers direct mentorship under a Senior Landscape Architect and a clear path toward professional licensure. You will contribute to design development, planting plans, material selections, and project coordination on high-end residential projects, while gaining exposure to our Immersive Design Process and client-facing work.

The Opportunity

M Hudson Design, Inc. is seeking a talented, responsible, and design-focused Junior Landscape Architect / Designer to join our West Palm Beach studio.

This is a full-time opportunity for a recent landscape architecture graduate or early-career designer who wants meaningful professional experience, direct mentorship, and the chance to contribute to exceptional luxury residential environments. You will work directly under a Senior Landscape Architect, participate in the design process, and build a strong foundation for long-term professional growth.

This Is a Design-First Role

This is not a drafting position.

Our drafting team supports the production process, allowing the Junior Landscape Architect / Designer to focus on design thinking, creative development, client-facing work, and professional growth. We are looking for someone who wants to participate in the full design process—not simply produce drawings.

Mentorship and Professional Development

The successful candidate will work directly under a Senior Landscape Architect and receive mentorship focused on design growth. M Hudson Design also provides training support toward the path to professional licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

• 70,000–80,000 annually

Location and Work Arrangement

This is a local, full-time, in-office position based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Hybrid-work approval may be earned after successful onboarding.
