Base pay range

$32,000.00/yr - $35,000.00/yr

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Lab Technician (Extractionist) to join our overnight team in Richmond. The ideal candidate will assist with specimen processing and extraction in a laboratory setting, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and safety. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with growth potential.

BS in Biology or Chemistry required

$1,000 bonus at 30 & 90 days (based on attendance/performance)

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform laboratory specimen extraction and preparation for testing
  2. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
  3. Maintain accurate documentation and labeling
  4. Operate and maintain lab equipment
  5. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  6. Collaborate with team members and report any discrepancies or issues
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field (required)
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
  3. Willingness to work overnight shifts consistently
  4. Excellent organizational and communication skills
  5. Must successfully pass all required screenings before start date
