Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of work experience or 7 years with no degree.
• Familiarity with IT systems, databases, and key software applications.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with technical writing ability.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and stakeholders for analytic production.
• Utilize centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems.
• Develop workflows and processes for document and information sharing.
• Develop a document management system with upload, search, and retrieval features.
• Ensure stakeholders have access to required information.
• Compile reports on performance and usage metrics for knowledge management capabilities.
• Disseminate intelligence products across networks and portals.
• Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for deliverables and documentation for easy navigation.
• Ensure ontologies meet the needs of OBI practitioners.
• Ensure documents are stored, retrievable, and version controlled.
• Develop an API for integration with other systems.
• Ensure integrations are tested and validated.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize updates and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and analyze application performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Use data to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.
• Provide training and support to users on workflows and documentation.
