Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Knowledge Manager (KM) – Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Location is Washington, DC with full-time, junior-level responsibilities in Administrative and Logistics Support.

The role emphasizes developing and maintaining knowledge management systems, collaborating across teams, and delivering documentation and reports that advance mission objectives, with DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required and a compensation

Qualifications

Experience configuring or maintaining knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint or similar).
Ability to document processes and produce reports/deliverables.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain knowledge management systems, repositories, and collaboration tools; ensure information is accessible and retained.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
