We are looking for a detail-oriented and ambitious person to join the commercial team as Assistant Account Manager, based in NY, servicing some of our largest accounts. This role provides comprehensive training in System1 measurement and research, serving as foundational experience for a future career as an Account Manager. The successful candidate will spend 12-18 months learning our methodologies and supporting our largest account through various administrative and research-related tasks.

What will you be doing?

Your principal responsibility will be to manage and grow key accounts in the Americas to support our growth plans. This includes executing the Go-to-Market strategy for System1’s three product areas: Test Your Ad, Test Your Brand, and Test Your Idea.

You need to be based near our New York City office and report to the VP, Key Accounts. You will work within a team of sales professionals focused on delivering our commercial strategy and achieving financial targets.

  • Support the management of US-based accounts to increase share of wallet through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure organized and efficient execution of work orders and projects with transparency.
  • Focus on client value to retain and grow key accounts.
  • Assist in educational efforts on key accounts, including presentations, workshops, and activities.
  • Manage clients’ daily needs and coordinate with support departments to ensure excellent service.
  • Support Key Accounts VPs in executing commercial operations and administration.

You need to be this kind of person:

  • Having 1-3 years of experience in software, data, market research, consumer insights, or sales operations.
  • Passionate about advertising, research, building long-term customer relationships, and generating ROI.
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent work.
  • Highly motivated, commercially focused, and willing to go the extra mile to generate customer value and ROI.
  • Interested in helping brands improve marketing and advertising through consumer research.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating within a disruptive, high-volume market environment.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Confident in communicating with internal stakeholders and clients across multiple projects, ensuring speed and quality of delivery.
