Job summary

Belay Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer (JavaScript Developer) to join our intel team in the Baltimore/Columbia area. The role involves full life cycle design, development, testing and documentation of policy-driven software across multiple fabrics, focusing on classification string validation and access control tooling.

The ideal candidate will have JavaScript experience, familiarity with AWS, Docker, Git and CI/CD, and be able to collaborate with a team and customers on policy-driven

Qualifications

• Experience in JavaScript/DOM, TypeScript, Node.js/npm.
• Experience in AWS and Docker.
• Experience utilizing Git, GitLab CI and pipelines.
• Familiar with Jest and Cypress.
• Ability to work with customers and collaborate with a team.
• Experience performing code reviews and writing tests.

Responsibilities

• Implement new capabilities for classification string validation tool and M365 web-based applications.
• Perform full life cycle design, development, testing and documentation of policy-driven software.
• Extend and customize tools for classification string validation and access control.
• Provide input throughout the software lifecycle and collaborate with developers, contractors and government.
