Qualifications

• Understanding of the software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Own the full development lifecycle from planning to deployment and optimization.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and deployment procedures.
• Ship to production: APIs, observability, cost/performance optimization, CI/CD, and security best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies for Java development.
• Implement RAG pipelines using Spring AI and LangChain4j with vector database integration.
• Stay current with RAG tech practices, including embeddings and retrieval optimization.
