Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
• 0-2 years of software development experience (internships/co-ops/projects acceptable).
• Experience with Java, OOP, data structures, algorithms, and web app development.
• Familiarity with IDEs like IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse.
• Exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React or similar frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tasks.
• Develop, test, and debug application components using Java, web technologies, and development tools.
• Write and execute unit tests to support code quality and maintainability.
• Support troubleshooting, defect resolution, and application maintenance activities.
