Job summary

mthree is seeking new graduates to start a career as Java developers through its Alumni program. You will receive extensive training, join a global client team, and progress from online academy to client placements with salary increases over time.

The Alumni program includes training at the mthree Academy, placement for 12–24 months, and a strong pathway to permanent roles. Relocation may be required; the company emphasizes diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related major.
• GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Experience with OOP (object-oriented programming).
• Solid knowledge of software engineering principles (data structures, OOP, design patterns, multithreading).
• Skills in troubleshooting and debugging.
• Knowledge of database concepts (SQL, stored procs, schema design).
• Understanding of the formal SDLC (software development lifecycle).
• Understanding of test-driven development.
• Right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
