Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking an IT Product Owner I to learn and contribute to product management and agile practices in our U.S. operations.

You will work with experienced owners and cross‑functional teams to translate customer voice into user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting sprint planning and backlog grooming while delivering customer‑centric solutions. You will develop skills in product management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder communication as you participate in planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information systems preferred).
• Experience with product management concepts is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Agile product development and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the product roadmap and release timelines.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to execute initiatives.
• Prioritize features based on user impact, business value, and feasibility.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
