As an IT Administrator at ClearSource, you’ll play a critical role in technical support, infrastructure maintenance, and user experience improvement across the organization.

What You Will Do as an IT Administrator

  • Provide remote service desk support to all offices and users

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone or ticketing system

  • Troubleshoot issues related to PCs, operating systems, and office applications

  • Log, analyze, and resolve incoming support tickets

  • Walk users through the problem-solving process with patience and clarity

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary

  • Manage user setup including:

  • Active Directory accounts

  • Email provisioning

  • Group membership modifications

  • Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices

  • Maintain and track IT equipment inventory

  • Diagnose network connectivity issues and coordinate with appropriate teams

  • Update and maintain internal IT documentation, knowledge bases, and playbooks

  • Notify teams of system outages or disruptions and provide status updates

  • Collaborate with peers and departments to ensure seamless technical support

  • Participate in continuous improvement of IT processes and tools

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field

  • 2 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar technical support role

  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux systems

  • Familiarity with networking concepts:

  • IP configurations

  • DNS, DHCP, VPN setup

  • Hands-on experience with:

  • Laptop/desktop/mobile device setup

  • Inventory and hardware maintenance

  • Strong knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Office 365 and productivity tools

  • Remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)

  • Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)

  • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users

  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to work across time zones and handle remote support

  • Reliable internet connection and backup power source
