As an IT Administrator at ClearSource, you’ll play a critical role in technical support, infrastructure maintenance, and user experience improvement across the organization.
What You Will Do as an IT Administrator
Provide remote service desk support to all offices and users
Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone or ticketing system
Troubleshoot issues related to PCs, operating systems, and office applications
Log, analyze, and resolve incoming support tickets
Walk users through the problem-solving process with patience and clarity
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary
Manage user setup including:
Active Directory accounts
Email provisioning
Group membership modifications
Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Maintain and track IT equipment inventory
Diagnose network connectivity issues and coordinate with appropriate teams
Update and maintain internal IT documentation, knowledge bases, and playbooks
Notify teams of system outages or disruptions and provide status updates
Collaborate with peers and departments to ensure seamless technical support
Participate in continuous improvement of IT processes and tools
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
2 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar technical support role
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
Familiarity with networking concepts:
IP configurations
DNS, DHCP, VPN setup
Hands-on experience with:
Laptop/desktop/mobile device setup
Inventory and hardware maintenance
Strong knowledge of:
Microsoft Office 365 and productivity tools
Remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work across time zones and handle remote support
Reliable internet connection and backup power source
