Job summary

Culmen International LLC is seeking Jr ISR Tactical Controllers to support operations at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. You will dynamically task and optimize multi-domain ISR sensors to maintain comprehensive situational awareness and re-task assets based on PIRs and time-sensitive targets.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily operations center reporting, developing operational summaries, and presenting findings to decision makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ITC graduate and active TS/SCI clearance.
• 2+ years of ISR controller experience in military/DoD settings.
• Experience controlling multiple ISR assets within CCMD airspace.
• Ability to work night and/or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi-domain ISR sensors for situational awareness.
• Perform cross-cueing and re-tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets.
• Support operations center reporting and develop summaries, storyboards, images, and video.
• Present findings and recommendations to decision makers in cross-organizational engagements.
• Be available for 24-hour operations and shifts outside business hours as contract allows.
