Job summary

Newrez LLC is seeking an entry-level Investor Services Analyst to support daily and monthly reporting, remittances, and reconciliations for investor portfolios. You will work with experienced team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance, while gaining hands-on experience in data analysis and accounting.

The program begins November or December 2026 and offers exposure to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, and Private Investors in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Preferred majors: Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare investor reports, remittance files, and related accounting entries.
• Support monthly reconciliations for custodial accounts.
• Research and help resolve data discrepancies and account variances.
• Learn to facilitate remittance wires and journal entries under supervision.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate records and resolve issues.
• Follow established procedures and controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Participate in internal and external audit support activities.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
• Use Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create reports.
• Ability to effectively convey information to others.
• Performs related duties as assigned by management.
