Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years of work experience in private equity, investment bank, venture capital, corporate finance, M&A or research firm.

Responsibilities

• Identify key sector developments and assess investment opportunities.
• Conduct research and financial analysis on sub-sectors and relevant companies.
• Develop financial models and presentations for internal evaluation and committees.
• Build sector expertise to assess opportunities across late-stage VC, growth capital, PE and public equities.
• Produce screening materials for transactions and market papers for IC memoranda.
• Monitor existing investments and inform portfolio decisions.
