The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of residential design experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and thorough ability to read plans, manage timelines, and maintain showroom styling.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of residential interior design experience preferred.
• Strong furniture layout and space-planning skills.
• Experience reading architectural drawings and floor plans.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Create furniture layouts and space plans for residential interiors.
• Assist with furniture, rug, lighting, art, and decor selections.
• Prepare client presentation boards and mood boards.
• Develop and update furniture plans, specifications, and documents.
• Read architectural plans and measure residential spaces.
• Support sourcing through trade vendors and manufacturers.
• Coordinate samples, finishes, fabrics, and product selections.
• Assist with installations and final styling.
