Summary

The Junior Interior Designer will support architectural and interior design projects, assist in brand concept development, create design documentation, and produce digital visualizations. Proficiency in design software, 3D rendering, and CAD/Revit is required. The role involves collaboration within a hybrid work environment based in Southern California.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and Concept Development: Support design initiatives, assist in concept development, space planning, create brand materials, mood boards, and conduct research on trends and materials.
• Technical and Project Execution: Produce detailed drawings using CAD/Revit, manage project documentation, prepare client presentations, and maintain project files.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and contractors, participate in site visits, and collaborate with team members in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design and 3D software suites.
• Strong knowledge of CAD and Revit.
• Familiarity with project management software (Procore, BIM 360, or similar).
• Ability to contribute to brand concepts and work effectively in a hybrid setting.

Education and Experience

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; minimum 3 years of experience with design software and technical drawing applications.
• Preferred: Experience in hospitality design; familiarity with hybrid work models.
