Lisa Frantz Interiors is seeking a creative, highly motivated, organized, Junior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry, be committed to excellence and have an extreme attention to detail. They will be punctual, productive, and able to multitask and have excellent follow up skills. The Junior Designer will work seamlessly with the principal, design team and purchasing lead in a wide array of tasks in the design process and will assist in coordinating, high-end residential projects from concept through procurement and installation. We value a positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of urgency, a solid work ethic and a commitment to delivering an exceptional final product!

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Assist with research, sourcing and pricing

- Create client presentations and assist in preparing materials and mood boards for client meetings

- Maintain current and accurate project presentations as projects evolve to completion

- Collaborate with senior designer to develop furniture plans, interior elevations and 3D or 2D renderings as needed

- Create and maintain client design project binders

- Assist designers on-site as needed (measurements, photos, notes, etc)

- Manage CFA's, sampling and memo items

- Request samples and materials needed for design schemes and presentations

- Enter specifications in Studio Designer and assist Project Manager in preparation of proposals, executing purchase orders and

expediting

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Interior design degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in design of interior projects, which must include residential

- Knowledge of the full design process including Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction

Administration, Project Management, Procurement, and Installation

- Strong in AutoCAD

- Highly proficient Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office skills

- Knowledge of high-end showrooms, product lines and makers is a plus

- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up, organization skills, collaboration skills and communication skills are all musts

- Impeccable written, verbal, and graphic communications skills to correspond purposefully with clients, internal team members,

vendors, and trades

- Must be a self-starter and possess an excellent time management skill

- Works well in a collaborative setting but must also be able to work independently and proactively on projects without supervision in a

fast-paced environment

- Must be available to start immediately and work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
