• Assist with acquisition, protection, and portfolio management of non-patent IP rights.
• Support licensing, commercialization, and strategic technology transactions.
• Conduct product design and development risk assessments.
• Collaborate with litigation teams as a subject-matter resource in IP and technology-related disputes.
