Jacobs is seeking an Integrated Design & Delivery (IDD) Engineer to support planning, design, and execution of water infrastructure projects in a collaborative environment. You will work with owners, engineers, contractors, operators, and stakeholders from early stages to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes IDD principles, cost/schedule performance, and risk mitigation across the project lifecycle, with a hybrid work policy and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related field.
• EIT certification required; PE license preferred or obtainable.
• Experience or interest in water and wastewater systems.
• Familiarity with collaborative delivery methods such as IPD, CMAR, Design-Build.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on planning, design, and delivery of water/wastewater projects.
• Participate in integrated project workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Support development of treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines, and conveyance systems.
• Coordinate with design, construction, operations, and client teams to drive innovation and reduce risk.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery strategy implementation.
• Prepare engineering studies, reports, calculations, drawings, and specs.
• Contribute to value engineering, constructability reviews, and alternative delivery evaluations.
• Support permitting, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance activities.
• Use digital engineering tools and collaborative delivery tech to improve efficiency.
• Participate in field visits, site assessments, and coordination meetings as needed.
