Classification: Non-Exempt | Hourly Compensation: $18.00 – $24.00 / hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Onsite | Start Date: 10/1/2026

Inszone University is our paid training and career path program for future insurance professionals. In the first 30 days, you'll be paid to learn the skills necessary to sit for your insurance producer's license. Once licensed, you'll gain hands‑on experience in both Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Account Management, and at 90 days you'll branch out into your chosen line of business — beginning a career that can last a lifetime.
