Junior Instructional Designer who is fully bilingual in English and Spanish to help design, develop, and localize engaging learning experiences for our teams and clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing, developing and updating instructional materials, including eLearning modules, job aids, facilitator guides, videos, assessments and other learning resources.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather information and translate complex topics into engaging, learner-friendly content.
  • Assist with maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, testing functionality, and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Support the evaluation of training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, learner feedback, and reporting.
  • Continuously learn new instructional design tools, technologies, and best practices while contributing to team projects.
  • Other responsibilities, tasks or projects assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Excellent written communication skills in both English and Spanish with strong attention to grammar, tone, and clarity.
  • 1-3 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, training, education, or a related field (internships and relevant academic projects are welcome).
  • Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn, collaborate, and receive feedback in a team-oriented environment.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with LMS platforms such as Canvas, Moodle or similar platforms.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Experience localizing content for Latin American or other Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content development tools used to support learning design and content creation.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
  • Mentorship from experienced learning and development professionals.
  • A collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
  • The opportunity to work on impactful learning initiatives for global teams and clients.
