Job summary

Nebius Group in Prague is seeking an entry-level IAM intern for a 3-month program starting January 2027. You will join the identity and workplace stack—Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace—and begin with well-defined tasks under a senior engineer's guidance.

You will learn enterprise authentication concepts, automate with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, and participate in onboarding/offboarding, access reviews, and documentation. Expect European business hours with US overlap.

Qualifications

Completed or final-year degree in CS/IT or related field.
Understanding of core identity concepts: authentication vs authorization, MFA, SSO.
Basic scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Clear written communication and habit of documenting actions.
Based in Europe and able to work European business hours with US overlap.

Responsibilities

Process access requests: group membership, license assignment, and permission changes.
Execute onboarding and offboarding checklists and verify completion.
Handle first-line triage of sign-in and access issues with evidence from logs.
Assist with application onboarding under supervision and test configurations.
Perform day-to-day Google Workspace administration: users, groups, OUs, licensing.
Run and improve recurring reports using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
Keep documentation and runbooks current as configurations change.
Prepare handover notes for US-hours engineer.
