Job summary

Comfort Systems is seeking junior HVAC technicians to join our Wichita team. You’ll work closely with experienced techs to develop skills in residential heating, cooling, and basic electrical troubleshooting. If you enjoy hands-on work and problem solving, this is a strong fit.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or related experience.
• Trade school graduates encouraged to apply.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with tools and in different weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Valid driver's license.
• EPA Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians on residential HVAC service tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Support installation and repair work in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain safe, organized job sites and document basic observations.
• Provide courteous customer service and learn field operations.
