What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Respond to inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, paid time off, and leaves of absence via phone, email, and HR case systems
  • Guide associates and managers in navigating HR systems and self-service tools
  • Document call summaries and processing activities in the case management system
  • Escalate complex issues to internal HR teams, including Specialists, SMEs, and HR Business Partners
  • Support HR transactions within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR support, shared services, or customer service roles
  • Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and follow-through abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience using HR systems (Workday, Oracle, or SAP HCM)
  • Familiarity with benefits administration or leave management processes
  • Prior experience supporting HR within a large retail or corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle difficult callers with patience and professionalism
