CGS is seeking a skilled HR Policy Advisor (HRPA) – Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.

Skills and attributes for success:

• ProvideHR policy guidance, develop policy documentation, andadviseleadership on workforce policy issues.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.

• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting missionobjectives.

• Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Minimum of Up to 3 years of relevant experience.

Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
