Job summary

EDG Interior Architecture + Design is seeking a motivated Junior Designer to develop and maintain FF&E budgets, assemble presentation boards and materials, and establish relationships with manufacturers’ representatives.

You will support the design teams in conceptual programming, creation of presentation materials, finish and material selection, and furniture specifications, with opportunities to grow in knowledge and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design or architecture from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience (internships counted).
• Interior Design or Architecture degree from an accredited university.
• Strong understanding of a multi-disciplinary approach to design.
• Strong digital tool skills including hand-sketching and rendering abilities.
• Ability to mentor and supervise intern work as directed by studio leads.
• Develop and maintain FF&E budgets, assemble presentation boards and materials, produce specifications and establish relationships with manufacturer’s representatives.
• Support the design teams in development of conceptual programming, creation of presentation materials, finish and materials selection and specifications, and furniture.
