Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior coaching experience in jr. high wrestling.
• Knowledge and experience of wrestling; strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to plan and implement a program of developmental activities and competitive performances for a jr. high wrestling program.
• Ability and willingness to communicate with principals and other sponsors.
• Ability to involve and communicate with parents and participants.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the jr. high wrestling program development and competition.
• Coordinate with principals and sponsors to organize events and schedules.
• Communicate with parents and participants to provide updates and guidance.
• Ensure safety, eligibility, and sportsmanship across activities.
