Qualifications

• Experience in public education extracurricular programs/events in a high school/middle school setting.
• Ability to teach and develop sports skills, strategies and fundamentals.
• Mentor student-athletes for athletic and personal growth.
• Evaluate performance and provide development plans.
• Develop game strategies and in-game decisions.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of student-athletes.
• Monitor compliance with league and school regulations.
• Coordinate team schedules, travel, equipment and logistics.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff and officials.
• Recruit and supervise assistant coaches and staff.

Responsibilities
