  • Provides instruction and guidance to wrestlers, focusing on skill development and overcoming adversity.
  • Observes and analyzes athlete performance, providing feedback and adjustments.
  • Assists with equipment management, inventory, and maintenance.
  • Helps organize team travel and logistics.
  • Communicates with student athletes and parents in a professional manner to encourage and foster positive motivation with effective communication skills supporting student‑athletes.
