Job summary

Lisle Community Unit School District #202 seeks a Junior High Cheer Coach for Lisle Junior High School. The role requires overseeing all levels of the cheer program, maintaining organization, and collaborating with the direct supervisor, parents, and the Booster Club.

Qualifications

• ISBE Professional Educator License preferred.
• Appropriate subject area content endorsement if applicable.
• Substantial knowledge of sport, club or activity; willing to research and adopt new philosophies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage all levels within the cheer program and communicate with parents and Booster Club.
• Enhance and maximize students' athletic skills to compete at a high level.
• Lead the athletic program for sustained participation and success.
• Coordinate games, officials, and transportation with the Athletic Department.
• Perform other duties as determined by the administrator.
