• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork and self-discipline among student athletes
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, athletic administration and staff

Responsibilities

• Instruct participants in fundamental football skills, strategies, and physical training to achieve individual and team success
• Provide leadership and mentorship to student athletes and promote school spirit
• Schedule and conduct organized practices and competitions
• Ensure compliance with district policies and athletic association rules
• Maintain equipment and inventory records
• Supervise student athletes during practices, games, and travel
• Report to the Activity Director and coordinate with staff and parents
