Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of basketball skills and the ability to coach those skills
• Solid knowledge of basketball rules
• Previous experience with basketball
• Ability to make decisions under pressure
• Ability to develop winning strategies
• Ability to motivate players
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
