Qualifications

3–8 years of software development experience.
Proficiency in C, C++, Python, or Rust (if no C/C++).
Experience with hardware devices, controllers, sensors, or industrial equipment.
Ability to diagnose and resolve software/hardware integration issues.
Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
