You will work closely with Designers and Senior Designers, assist with graphics, print production, and fabrication processes, and develop hands-on skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a relevant design degree.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Blender, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Portfolio showing visual hierarchy, color theory, and layout principles.
• Willingness to learn new software and production techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist with in-house marketing materials, publications, and sales tools.
• Create graphics and technical drawings; manage revisions with clients and accounts.
• Learn print production to produce graphics for materials and events.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure brand guideline compliance.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Prepare design files for production and pre-empt issues.
• Learn about materials, fabrication methods and production processes.
• Seek guidance from a Senior Designer when needed.
• Learn best practices and advanced production workflows with seniors.
