Job summary

Real Fruit Bubble Tea is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer/Store Assistant to shape visuals for websites, brochures, packaging, and more, while also providing weekly in-store operation support. The role requires a design degree and strong portfolio, with proficiency in Illustrator, Canva, and Photoshop. English fluency is essential; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is required.
Proficient familiarity with design software and technologies, including Illustrator and Canva.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop (Full Suite) preferred.
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
Create materials by hand or using technology, including computer software programs.
Meet with clients to understand desired communications visuals.
Create illustrations, pictures, and designs reflecting the theme and tone.
Select type size and style to enhance readability.
Produce drafts for client review and revise based on feedback.
Review final productions for errors and ensure prints meet specs.
Perform in-store tasks and assist in daily store operations.
