Job summary

Jack Morton is looking for a Jr Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. At Jack Morton Jr Graphic Designer is a creative problem solver and visual communicator who works as part of a dynamic team of 3D and digital designers to create impactful experiences both live and virtual.

Graphic Designers must have strong communication skills and be able to work conceptually with working knowledge of print and digital deliverables. Environmental design experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Graphic Arts or related discipline is required.
• 2-3 years of design experience in an agency environment.
• Experience in experiential marketing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support to develop visual communications and conceptual themes for existing clients, new business, and internal clients.
• Able to follow and adhere to internal and external client brand guidelines and direction.
• Assist with creating compelling and impactful visuals to support storytelling and overarching messaging
• Some working knowledge of print and digital media production and processes
• Able to understand project requirements and understand project roles and responsibilities
• Support creating visually strong and client-focused presentations for proposals and project communications
• Remain current in design and industry trends
• Have a strong work ethic and be able to meet deadlines
• Effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with both internal and external clients and partners.
• Maintain a high-level of organized and able to prioritize, track, and deliver multiple projects
• Work efficiently while maintaining and sharing working and archival files for all projects.
