Job summary

Point Studios seeks an entry-level Graphic Designer to support our senior creative team across print, digital, social, video, UX, and presentation design, collaborating with our in-house production division to deliver projects for a diverse client base.

You will develop proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, and Canva, assist with UX/UI tasks, create social videos, and work with writers, strategists, and producers to bring concepts to life in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional design experience or strong portfolio from internships, academics, freelance projects, or comparable experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, and social media; video/multimedia examples a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Comfort with mobile-native tools like CapCut, Canva for fast-turn social/video content.
• Exposure to UX/UI tools like Figma or Sketch a plus.
• Interest in AI-powered platforms (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway) not required.
• Solid foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and responsive layouts.
• Strong communication and ability to receive/apply feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce and adapt creative materials for websites, landing pages, print ads, brochures, social media, video content, and pitch decks.
• Assist with UX/UI design for digital projects, including wireframes, user flows, and mockups.
• Create and edit social media videos and other multimedia content using professional and mobile-native tools.
• Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, strategists, designers, and Point Studios producers on concepts and requirements.
• Prepare and revise design files based on feedback from senior team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain brand consistency with project specs and production requirements.
• Explore AI-powered tools for ideation and production support when appropriate.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies and share ideas.
