Qualifications

• Proficient with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint).
• Foundational visual design, composition, typography, color, and layout.
• Experience participating in a design process under guidance.
• Ability to apply established visual identity and templates to new content.
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Portfolio showcasing visual design and layout skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Create internal visual materials: banners, slides, digests, newsletters, event graphics.
• Apply EPAM brand guidelines and design systems consistently across materials.
• Adapt templates and master decks to new content.
• Support Confluence and WeAreCommunity page layouts and visuals.
• Collaborate with communicators and the IC Team Lead; iterate based on feedback.
• Prepare and maintain source files and versioning; meet deadlines for recurring deliverables.
