Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing or related field, or equivalent combo.
• 1–2 years of graphic design experience (internships or freelance acceptable).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Foundational typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Supports design and production of marketing materials across digital, print, email, web, swag and signage.
• Applies brand guidelines to ensure consistency across assets.
• Collaborates with marketing and stakeholders to execute concepts aligned with goals.
• Assists in creating promotional materials including ads, social graphics, brochures.
• Prepares files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Maintains and updates website content and design elements per brand standards.
• Supports digital marketing efforts including asset creation and light analytics.
• Coordinates with printers and media partners for timely delivery.
• Organizes marketing assets and templates across platforms.
• Proofreads and quality-checks all design outputs.
• Manages multiple projects concurrently, delivering on time.
• Contributes creative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives.
