Job summary

Proforma is seeking an entry-level Graphic Designer to join the Brand team. You will contribute to the design, creation, and editing of graphics for print, digital, social media, email, and more.

A strong portfolio and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design are required to start and grow with the team. You will work on email marketing, blog assets, social content, direct mail, product imagery, and educational tools, collaborating with Brand Leadership to deliver consistent, on-brand visuals

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant graphic design experience with a reviewable portfolio.
• Strong layout design skills across print, digital, and web.
• Photography and photo editing.
• Print and digital advertising.
• Understanding of color theory and typography.
• Logo design and brand development.
• Time and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Email Marketing: Craft visually appealing email designs that align with brand.
• Blog Assets: Design headers and thumbnails for blog posts.
• Social Media Content: Create engaging posts for various platforms.
• Campaign Deployment Guides: Design user-friendly deployment guides.
• End-User Flyers: Produce informative, visually compelling flyers.
• Educational Tools: Design content for ProVision platform access.
• Direct Mail Assets: Develop designs for direct mail recruiting needs.
• Product Imagery: Create and edit high-quality product images.
• Creative Assets: Deliver graphic assets as assigned by Brand Leadership.
