Junior Graphic Designer – Brand Creative Team

Mejuri is seeking a visually fluent and culturally attuned Junior Graphic Designer to support high‑quality conversion‑minded assets across digital and physical touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt on‑brand creative for web, CRM/email, paid social, organic social, and digital display.
• Support in‑store moments with print collateral, tabletop signage, window graphics, and event branding.
• Work from existing templates and design systems while knowing when to push creative boundaries.
• Partner with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Marketing teams to translate briefs into creative solutions.
• Contribute to brainstorming and concepting with visual research, references, and mock‑ups.
• Present work with clarity and receive feedback openly.
• Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, and Adobe Firefly to develop campaign mockups, internal visuals, and pre‑visualizations.
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms by following guidelines and evolving toolkits.
• Manage timelines and priorities across multiple projects with support from Senior and Lead Designers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years graphic design experience, ideally in‑house for a consumer‑facing brand.
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating strength in layout, typography, and channel‑specific design.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; After Effects knowledge a plus.
• Understanding of platform best practices across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google, and email platforms.
• Comfortable with digital and print design formats.
• Curiosity and hands‑on interest in AI as a creative tool.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Collaborative, detail‑oriented attitude.

Jewelry Designer

As a Jewelry Designer at Mejuri, you will collaborate closely with design and product development teams to create innovative pieces that align with the brand’s core values.

Responsibilities

• Stay ahead of fashion and fine jewelry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Develop new jewelry designs based on seasonal concept direction and design briefs.
• Translate concepts into 2D and 3D CADs.
