Job summary

Innomark Communications in Fairfield, OH seeks a junior Graphic Designer to join the Temporary Displays team. You will create production-ready artwork for retail displays, signage, and packaging, collaborating with production and design staff through concept to final output.

The role requires 2–5 years in graphic design or production artwork, strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, and a portfolio showing renderings and print-ready artwork. AI tools and basic video editing are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of professional graphic design or production artwork experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat.
• Experience with photo editing, retouching, and color correction.
• Experience producing print-ready artwork and understanding production workflows.
• Experience creating realistic renderings and presentation graphics.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as AI platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create production-ready artwork for temporary retail displays, POP signage, packaging, and visual merchandising programs.
• Develop graphic layouts adhering to brand standards and production specifications.
• Print, trim, mount, and finish graphic samples and prototypes for client presentations and internal reviews.
• Prepare accurate print-ready files for large-format digital and lithographic printing methods.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations of retail displays.
• Edit and retouch product photography and prototype images for presentations and marketing materials.
• Photograph completed prototypes and finished displays for documentation and portfolio use.
• Design clear assembly instruction sheets using graphics and step-by-step layouts.
• Produce and edit assembly, training, and product demonstration videos for manufacturing and installation.
• Collaborate with Structural Designers to apply artwork to dielines and ensure alignment with structures.
• Review artwork for quality, color accuracy, print readiness, and production feasibility.
• Maintain organized digital assets and project files.
